How It Works

• When a new visitor, who has never visited this website, arrives via your referral link and remains on the site for at least 15 seconds, it is eligible to be counted as a successful invitation. Please note that the website employs measures to detect and block any suspected fraudulent clicks.
• Upon successfully inviting 1 people, you will be automatically entered into the daily $10 US dollar lucky draw.
• Upon successfully inviting 3 people, you will be automatically entered into the weekly $100 US dollar lucky draw.
• The prize will be delivered through palpal.com. Please request the prize amount in USD using paypal's "Request Money" feature. ensure you redeem your prize within 30 days; otherwise, it will be forfeited.
• The lucky draw will take place everyday and every week from 2023/04/26, to 2023/06/30. After the event concludes, all invitation counts will be reset. Following this period, we will determine whether to initiate a new round of giveaways.

Eligibility

The AppSample Referral Program ("Program") is open to all registered users ("Users") of the AppSample platform who are 18 years of age or older. By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our general Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

How to Participate

To participate in the Program, Users must share their unique referral link ("Referral Link") with friends, family, or acquaintances who has not ever visited AppSample. New users are NOT required to register for an account. After successfully inviting a certain number of new users, as specified by AppSample, the User will be eligible to enter a chance to win cash gift.

Rewards and Prizes

Users who meet the specified referral threshold will be entered into a random drawing for a chance to win gift cards ("Prizes"). The number, value, and frequency of the cash gift will be determined by AppSample and may change at any time without prior notice. Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is allowed.

Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected through a random drawing and will see a system message if selected. If a winner does not redeem within 30 days of the draw day, it will be forfeited. AppSample reserves the right to verify the eligibility of winners before awarding Prizes.

Limitation of Liability

By participating in the Program, Users agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless AppSample, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising from or in connection with the Program or the awarding, receipt, and/or use or misuse of any Prize.

Fraudulent or Abusive Activity

Users are prohibited from engaging in any fraudulent or abusive activity, including, but not limited to, creating multiple accounts, using fake or duplicate email addresses, or attempting to manipulate the referral process. AppSample reserves the right to disqualify any User and/or cancel any Prizes if it suspects any violation of these Terms or any fraudulent or abusive activity.

Modification and Termination

AppSample reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or these Terms at any time without prior notice. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms for any updates or changes.

Governing Law

The Program and these Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where AppSample is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

By participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
